Three things were going through my head when I did this--
Lou Reed - "Triumph" song from the Rock and Rule Soundtrack
A fallen angel that takes the form a hell butterfly, not to be confused with the Hell Butterflies the Shinigami in the popular Bleach manga/ anime used to send messages and travel between Soul Society and the Living World (Earth).
Nergal-- a Babylonian deity portrayed in hymns and myths as a god of war and pestilence, representing the sun of noontime and of the summer solstice that brings destruction, high summer being the dead season in the Mesopotamian annual cycle.
