This is my 2nd contest entry for 
's July Contest "What's that behind you?"
> fav.me/da63m07 where you must have an original work depicting a "protagonist" unaware that they are being followed by one or more malicious entities, although in this case the "protagonist" in question is an apocalypse ghoul of moral ambiguity.
The ghouls in this particular dystopic world are more like mutated post-humans rather like a Morlock than an undead monster.
